Our quality Property data is constantly fed to our working partners and to major portals + we work with a small number of local agencies and share info with them so you don't have to. We are a recognized, Government Licensed, registered and insured Portuguese Real Estate Agent. holder of INCI Licence number 10036, and APEMIP membership number 5006. We are also members of the British Portuguese Chamber of Commerce. Our registered company is PPS. Portugal Property Services LDA
Our partners outside Portugal are based in UK, Ireland, Holland, France, Germany and Scandinavia, each of them promotes at many major shows, events and exhibitions and we feature regularly in the national press in each country. We have recently added operational partners in Dubai and South Africa

Our office is located in Almancil, 10kms west of Faro and the principal business centre of the Algarve ‘Golden Triangle’ one of Portugal’s busiest regions for investment and holiday property. We have a a spacious office and meeting room – we also make good coffee! Please come and visit.

Our primary objective is to focus on acting as an efficient interface between buyer and seller. Our objective being to select and offer the best value property in the best locations and promote it via our international network of associates.
We have been in the market since 1987, we are able to help with specific ownership questions and give guidance when requested to do so.
We work together with a select group of like minded agents throughout
Portugal since we could never hope to know about all properties and cover all areas on our own; or indeed to
keep up to date with the specific local knowledge required for every geographic area.
Each of our partners has been carefully chosen because
they are honest, have the same attitude to customer service and the same
business ethics as we do.
From a buyers point of view, we use best practice to carefully list as many direct properties as we can. However, there are always properties we know of that are not listed because we have been asked to respect specific owners privacy - if you cannot find exactly what you want then please ask !
